Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, making a reservation, or staying at Silverwood Lodge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any room-specific rules, booking conditions, rental agreements, and policies presented during the reservation process.

If there is a conflict between these general website terms and specific terms presented and accepted as part of a reservation, the reservation-specific terms will apply to that booking.

Reservations & booking

Reservations are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until the booking requirements shown during the reservation process have been completed and confirmation has been issued.

Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when making a reservation, including contact information, guest count, dates, and any other information requested as part of the booking.

The person making the reservation is responsible for reviewing the booking details and for ensuring that all members of the reservation party comply with the applicable room rules and booking terms.

Rates, fees & payments

Rates may vary by travel dates, occupancy, length of stay, demand, promotions, and selected booking options. The pricing shown during the booking process should be reviewed before a reservation is completed.

Applicable taxes, fees, deposits, damage-related charges, optional services, or other booking-related costs may apply where identified during the reservation process or in the applicable booking agreement.

Payment amounts, schedules, accepted payment methods, deposits, and other payment requirements are governed by the terms presented and accepted at the time of booking.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show conditions are determined by the cancellation policy and booking terms applicable to the specific reservation.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms before confirming a reservation. Requests to change dates, guest count, room, or other booking details are subject to availability and the conditions applicable to the original reservation.

Arrival & departure

Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and standard checkout is by 10:00 AM unless different arrangements are confirmed for a specific reservation.

Silverwood Lodge uses self check-in with keypad access. Guests are responsible for following the arrival instructions provided for their reservation and for keeping access information secure.

Guest responsibilities

Guests are expected to use the room, lodge, parking areas, and surrounding property responsibly and respectfully throughout their stay.

• The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of the reservation party and invited visitors.
• Occupancy must remain within the limits established for the reservation and room.
• Guests must follow room-specific instructions and rules communicated before or during the stay.
• Guests must not intentionally damage, misuse, remove, or interfere with property, furnishings, equipment, locks, or facilities.
• Activities that create unreasonable disturbance, nuisance, danger, or interference with other guests or the property are not permitted.
• Guests should promptly report significant maintenance, cleanliness, damage, malfunction, or safety concerns so they can be reviewed.

Use of the property

Silverwood Lodge rooms and common property areas are provided for the purposes associated with the confirmed reservation. Guests must comply with applicable laws, safety instructions, occupancy restrictions, and property-specific rules.

Additional visitors, commercial activity, events, or other uses outside the ordinary purpose of the reservation may be subject to separate approval or additional conditions. Guests should not assume that an activity is permitted unless it is included in their reservation or has been approved.

Damage, loss & additional charges

Guests may be responsible for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized occupancy or use, rule violations, or other costs resulting from the actions of the registered guest, members of the booking party, or their visitors, subject to the applicable booking agreement and applicable law.

Significant damage, malfunction, or safety concerns should be reported as soon as reasonably possible so the issue can be assessed and addressed.

Availability & unexpected events

Reasonable efforts are made to provide confirmed accommodation and services as reserved. Circumstances beyond reasonable control may occasionally affect access, availability, utilities, amenities, transportation, weather-related conditions, or other aspects of a stay.

Where a significant issue affects a reservation, available options will be considered based on the circumstances, applicable booking terms, and applicable law.

Website information

Reasonable efforts are made to keep room descriptions, photographs, availability, amenities, rates, and other information on this website accurate and current. Information may nevertheless change from time to time.

Photographs may represent a room type rather than the exact individual room in every instance. Minor differences in furnishings, layout details, décor, equipment, or other features may occur.

Current reservation details and pricing presented during the booking process should be reviewed before completing a booking.

Responsibility & liability

Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care while using their room, the lodge, parking areas, entrances, and other property areas made available during the stay.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility may be limited for loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside reasonable control or from a guest's failure to follow applicable laws, instructions, warnings, or property rules.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Personal information submitted through this website, inquiries, and the booking process is handled in accordance with the Silverwood Lodge Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
